Understanding the distance from the beach. Almost every house located between 158 and 12 is within walking distance to the beach, provided there is a beach access in that area. These blocks are much smaller then you are probably used to in your own home town and you will now doubt be suprised at just how close the beach actually is to the house. You must remember that houses here are built on 50' by 100' lots and there are only 2 houses between each road, and you and the beach access. (more....)
